Come practice SUP Yoga with us! Every Monday from 7:30-8:30am in Jorgensen Park (Gunnison). Emily Crohare will lead an all-levels practice to cultivate balance, mindfulness, core activation, healthy alignment, & breath/movement connection. SUP Yoga is a unique and fun way to practice yoga, whether you're a beginner or wanting to take your practice to the next level!
